“The giraffe center, Sheldrick and Kobe Strong Bead visit went smoothly. For lunch they took us to a roadside place where we chose not to eat, concerned about food safe-handling. When the Bomas show ended, we were told we needed to wait for two others, who were being added to the van for the ride home. After a full hour of waiting, we took an uber home, at our own expense. The driver and management (we texted them) had no qualms leaving us waiting in a hot parking lot so they could earn a few extra bucks by adding more people for the return ride. Buyer beware!”
