Tour operator stops at tourist trap on way to and from park. Guests are pressured to make a purchase and expected to eat in the restaurant before returning home. Poor communication by Viatour. We were told only USD accepted when in fact only credit cards are. No quoted amenities(water) were provided. Due to arrival and exit times you miss peak animal viewing time. This trip is too long for the amount of enjoyment.”
